One open room. The simplest to keep, the easiest to move around in, and the least expensive way into the community.
Apartments
Start with the two apartment styles most families ask about. Individual apartments vary, and availability changes, so we will help you compare the options that are actually open when you are ready to visit.

A separate bedroom, so the living room stays a living room and there is somewhere to put visitors when the grandchildren come.
Start with what matters most: privacy, room for favorite furniture, or keeping monthly costs down. We will help you focus on the best one or two options.
Compare your best optionsSome apartments differ in size or configuration. Rather than presenting every variation as if it is always available, we will show you the closest match among the apartments currently open.
Before you choose
Permanent residents furnish their own apartments, so familiar pieces can come with you.
Utilities apart from phone, maintenance, housekeeping and laundry are included, so the monthly figure is close to the whole figure.
The agreement does not lock you into a year. If the fit is wrong, you are not trapped in it.
A simpler next step
Tour the community, meet the people who make it special, or call us with a question. We will help you take the next step at the pace that feels right.
My mother needs help with her medications. Is that something you do?
Yes. That falls under our Residential Care level, which is state licensed and includes medication management along with 24-hour associates on site. Would it help if I walked you through what changes between Independent Living and Residential Care?
Yes, and what does it cost?
A real exchange pattern. Ask your own above.
