Care and nursing
Supporting residents with medications, daily living and the hundred small things that make a day go well. Our Residential Care level is state licensed and staffed around the clock.
Kitchen and dining
Prepare three meals a day for residents who know the team by name. Ashley leads the department and sets the standard.
Housekeeping and maintenance
Keeping seven and a half acres and every apartment in the condition residents deserve. Eric runs a preventative program, so it is fixing things before they break rather than after.
Activities
Build a varied, resident-centered calendar with bingo, trivia, crafts, outings and live music.
Reception and administration
Often the first voice a worried family hears. It matters more than the job title suggests.
